Here we have provided some practical information about the conference venue, travels and accommodation.

Conference venue

The premises at Klara Östra Kyrkogata 10 in Stockholm were built for the Swedish Society of Medicine and have served as a meeting place for doctors and members since 1906.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held in the exquisite premises of Svenska Läkaresällskapet’s highly reputable restaurant.

Accommodation

For your convenience we have made agreements with three centrally located hotels. The special prices with these hotels are only guaranteed until December 4, so make sure to complete your reservation by then.

Scandic Camper: Single room SEK2190 per night, Double room SEK2390 per night

Valid for stay between February 4-6, 2026.

Book no later than January 4th, 2026. Free changes and cancellations until 18.00 (6pm) local time on February 4th, 2026. The booking must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking, but payment is made at the hotel. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the booking price. Breakfast buffet is included.

Hotel C

Single/double room SEK2195 per night.

This hotel is home to Stockholm’s famous Icebar and is right next to Central Station and the Arlanda Express. Its modern, stylish rooms feature tea/coffee facilities, cable TV and luxury beds. WiFi access is free. The restaurant Swede Hollow serves classic Swedish flavors with a modern twist. Hotel C Stockholm’s popular organic breakfast buffet includes homemade bread and fresh fruit.

Sheraton

Sheraton is a newly renovated classic hotel, only minutes from the Central station, as well as the Conference venue. Here you can book rooms för SEK 2450 per night (free cancellations until 72 hours prior to check in).

Apart from the above mentioned hotels there are many, many more hotel options in central Stockholm, for example Nordic Light, Hotel Frey, or Radisson Blu Hotel Royal Viking which can be recommended to conference participants.
